One of the
biggest things I struggle with as a young girl was being confident. Luckily, I
had strong women figures in my life that truly helped me love who I am. Confidence plays a big role in living your
happiest life here at 10 tips to boost your confidence and elevate your self worth.
Lead your
life with your heart.
Stand tall and you’ll immediately feel a boost
of confidence. You may not be able to see it when you look in the mirror, but
your heart is working hard for you day in a day out. It deserves to lead.
2.Smile.
It’s
contagious. Be happy about the blessings in your life! You’ll make someone’s
day. Plus, smiling just makes you more beautiful!
3.Act like
you’re on a mission.
Whatever
you’re doing act like you know exactly where you are headed.
4.Step
outside of your comfort zone, try something new and overcome a fear. Perhaps
it’s signing up for a race, talking to someone new, or going to the front of
yoga class! The more you do this, the more you’ll feel like you can take on the
world!
5.Be bold.
Wear red
lipstick, bold colors and never be afraid to go after what you want!
6.Break a
sweat.
Working out
will make you feel confident and amazing! It increases your endorphins to help
you feel happy, reduces stress and tones your muscles.
7.Find the
beauty in others.
Compliment
people, even if it’s someone you don’t know. And send love.
8.Stop the
negative talk.
Whether it’s
in your head or out loud, all negative talk needs to go. Each time you catch
yourself saying something unkind about yourself or anyone else, just correct
it. We promise this will have a huge impact on how you feel each day. If a
girlfriend says something negative about herself, make her correct it too… Then
compliment her!
9.Dress to
the nines.
Take a
little extra time and take care of yourself by dressing your best wherever you
go—even if it’s the gym. When you feel good, you’ll go the extra mile—whether
it’s at work, at home, at the gym or on a date!
10.Reward
yourself.
You deserve
it. Do things that make you smile and feel pampered often. Take a bubble bath,
treat yourself to new clothes, manicures or a 20 minute break with your
favorite magazine. It’s the little things that make a difference
